    Thats great news Ted, good call on the diagnosis!

    I sent the item saturday at 11am and you’d fixed it by monday lunchtime….thats pretty good service right there! so refreshing

    Hi Ted, unit is on its way to you. I can think of a senario where phantom power might have been introduced through the jack input (not by me!) so that sounds like it could be the problem. Have you got an email address i can contact you on? Or shall i just use the sales@ address?

    Hi Ted, thanks for the swift reply, yes its jack outputs, i’ve tried a few different cables, standard jack cables which i presume are unbalanced and a jack to XLR cable which i presume is balanced. The unit used to work fine like this i just haven’t used it for a while. Is there an address on the site etc to send it to your good self?
