The theory behind the technology is based on M and S, that is ‘middle and side’. in recording a superb way of achieving a well defined stereo image is to use M and S. Reversing the procedure is certainly not simple…. it has taken over 5 years to get it to a standard where it is significantly superior to a decent pair of loudspeakers!
