    Hi Ted,
    I tried calling regarding a reconditioned M16 on your site, but didn’t get a reply.
    Is it still availble?
    If so, how do I get in touch to purchase it.
    I didn’t get a reply to either email or voice mail.

    Yes, the M16 is available, I used it myself a few days ago.
